If you want to know how to install .debs and .ipa’s without having to actually jailbreak your device, there is a fairly simple process that you can go through to do this.
While most people think that these types of files cannot be installed on a non-jailbroken device, it is very much possible.
You will need a developer account in order to install .deb and .ipa files without jailbreaking your iOS device. You also will need a computer.
If you do not currently have a developer account, you can purchase UDID registrations through numerous websites or ask a friend for his credentials.

Step 1: The first step in this process involves opening Xcode and bringing up the “Organizer”. After you do this you should see your iOS device, whether it is an iPod, iPad, or iPhone, in iTunes (this method may work fine on any iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 7.xiOS 8.x and iOS 9.x).
Step 2: You will then need to click the “use for development” box at the bottom of the iTunes screen (check the next image).
After you open up the settings, you will be presented with the developer name and a blank box next to it that you will want to check.
Step 3: Your provisioning profiles will be installed after a few seconds and you will be ready to move on to the next step in this process (you can verify it in your idevice following these steps: Settings > General). If you can’t verify provisioning profiles in your idevice, follow these extra steps:
Open Apple Developer Center on your browser and and sign in .
When logged in, go to: iOS Developer Program > Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles > Provisioning Profiles > iOS Team Provisioning Profile and click in the “Download” button.
After download the profile file, go to download folder and drag the file to the “Provisioning Profiles” sub-section from your idevice (where you want to install debs and ipa files).
If all went fine, you should see something like this (“Status: Valid profile” – see the next image):
Step 4: You will then need to find the .deb file for the free app you want and save it to your desktop. You can drag the .deb file into InstaSign and it will create the .ipa file.
Important Note: if your are using Windows instead of Mac you can use iFunBox instead of InstaSign.
Step 5: Next you will want to install the app by directly clicking on the .ipa file, which should boot up on your iOS device.
Note: this method of Installing .debs and .ipa files without Jailbreak on any iOS device using Xcode should be used only for research / educational proposes only.
